HIS stand-out dancing skills were utterly displayed in the Uganda's award-winning artiste Eddy Kenzo's hit song, Sitya Loss. But the young and talented dancing star, Alex Ssempijja (pictured), is no more.
Via his Facebook page, Kenzo confirmed the death of the 14-year-old, who died yesterday after a bicycle accident in Kampala.
He wrote: "Alex... has gone to be with the Lord. He passed on this evening in an accident. He featured in Sitya Loss and so good videos. Rest in eternal peace young soldier."
Jose Chameleone, on his Facebook page, sent his condolences to Alex's family, fans and friends, and to Eddy Kenzo, saying: "I am really saddened by the Death of a youngstar Alex Ssempijja. All
of us are with your Family, Fans and Friends in this sudden loss! You
are gone to soon and left us the Memories of your always happy Character
from since we Watched you dance in "Sitya Loss" May the lord
strengthen Eddy Kenzo and team as we all pray God Rests your Young Soul
in Eternal peace.We pray for The Lil' Patricia who is hospitalized. May
the Lord lay his healing Hands on you. LEONE ISLAND MUSIC EMPIRE"
Alex was one of the Ghetto Kids dancing crew.
