FoodieCity Festival Is On This Sunday

THE FoodieCity will this Sunday close down the busy Koinange Street in Nairobi's CBD, for the FoodieCity Festival. 
"Join us for a sumptuous afternoon filled with food, friends and fun for the whole family as we usher in the festive season. This Sunday 13th Dec, we shut down Koinange Street to celebrate our city's diverse cuisine culture at Nairobi's first ever street food festival," it announced on it's Facebook page.
It added: "There will be live music & DJ performances, amateur chef cook-off's, Instafoodie Contests, Karao-Cake!, Nutritional Talks, Bouncing Castles, Treasure Hunt and plenty more for you to taste, buy, win, share and enjoy."
Tickets for the fest are going for Sh300 adults and Sh200 for kids from five years. They are available at: https://www.ticketsasa.com/events/eventdetail/view/1892/foodiecity_festival. Each adult ticket purchased receives a complementary Ksh. 300 meal voucher courtesy of Hellofood Kenya.
